Hannah Vaughn found the sport of Sprint Kayaking an easy choice, and a natural progression. Hannah grew up watching her mother as a Masters Paddler, and was encouraged to go on the water herself. She fell in love with it, and hasn’t looked back since.
Hannah’s biggest achievement was when she won gold during the Women's K4 event at the Pan American Games in 2015, in Toronto. "The crowd cheering on the event was incredible, and all teams felt a sense of Canadian hospitality." The gold medal Hannah and her team received was Canada’s first medal in the Pan Am Games that year, which was a huge honor to Hannah and the National team.
Hannah is working towards attending the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. We wish Hannah the best of luck in her paddling goals. Her contagious personality and constant dedication will get her far!
We are thrilled to have our Venue Map finalized for Nationals! The venue map will be featured on our website throughout Nationals and on our social media pages. Take a look here.
Thank you to our Silver Sponsor T4G for creating this and being so helpful throughout the process! We couldn’t be happier with the end result!
